As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel an order you have placed in our online store without any specific reason.

Once you have received the product, you have the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product under the Consumer Protection Act. You can make a cancellation notification through our customer service or by filling out the cancellation form here:

We will send a confirmation of receipt of the cancellation notification to your email. After the cancellation notification, the product to be returned must be sent back in accordance with our delivery and return terms. You will receive more detailed return instructions by email.
