You can exchange your unused order within 14 days of ordering. The product to be exchanged must be in a completely new condition and in its original packaging. Exchanges are free of charge in Finland. 

1 Contact customer service

If you want to exchange a product or if there is a defect in the product, please contact us by email salon@salon.fi or by phone +358 3 512 9000. You will receive a customer return ID with which you can exchange the product free of charge in Finland. Our customer service is open on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm.

2 Pack, attach the information and take the package for transport

Information to be attached to the exchange:

Order confirmation or order number, name and phone number.

Attach information to the return that indicates which size or other product you would like the product to be exchanged for.

3 When the package has arrived back to us

When the package has arrived, been checked and approved, we will send you a new product without delay.
