You can exchange or return your unused order within 14 days of ordering.

If you want to exchange or return a product or if there is a defect in the product, please contact us by email salon@salon.fi or by phone +358 3 512 9000 and we will agree on how to proceed. Our customer service is open weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm.

When exchanging products, you will receive a customer return code from us, which you can use to exchange the product free of charge in Finland. The product to be returned or exchanged must be in a completely new condition and in its original packaging.
