These terms and conditions are used in the Salon Lakkitehdas Oy (0424598-8) online store www.salon.fi.

Delivery methods and times

We pack and sent the orders for delivery every working days. Matkahuolto, Posti and GLS will carry out the deliveries according to they service conditions. 


Domestic deliveries:

Matkahuolto: Near Parcel 6,90€

Near Parcels are delivered to the Parcel Pick-up Point nearest to the consignee’s (recipient’s) address or chosen by the consignor (sender) within 1-3 business days.

Posti: Postal Parcel 6,90€  

Pick up your parcel from a Parcel Locker or a Posti outlet. Delivery Mon–Sat by 7 p.m. You will receive a message when the parcel is ready to be picked up. You can track your item using the OmaPosti application. Delivery as a carbon neutral Posti Green item.

Matkahuolto: Home Delivery 12,90€

The parcel is transported to the destination within 1-3 business days and delivered to the consignee on the following business day.

Posti: Home Parcel 12,90€

Select the delivery time using the linked calendar. You can track your item using the OmaPosti application. Delivery as a carbon neutral Posti Green item.


Pick up:

You can pick up your order free of charge from our factory store in Sastamala Finland.

International Deliveries:

Posti Priority EU 12,90€-24,90€ 

International postal parcel. Depending on the country of origin, the items are either delivered to the recipient’s address after import clearance has been taken care of or to a pickup point, after which you will be notified of the item’s arrival. See country-specific instructions.

Delivery 3-5 working days.

GLS: EuroBusinessParcel 12.90-35.00€ 

An international GLS parcel is usually delivered to neighbouring states like Sweden or the Baltic countries in a standard delivery time of one to three business days. To more distant European countries the international parcel dispatch usually takes between three and five business days, to remote areas up to eight business days.

Delivery 3-8 working days.

Posti: Priority 9.90-60.90€ 

International postal parcel. Depending on the country of origin, the items are either delivered to the recipient’s address after import clearance has been taken care of or to a pickup point, after which you will be notified of the item’s arrival. See country-specific instructions.

Delivery 5-14 working days.

GLS: GlobalBusinessParcel 76,90-117,90€

International postal parcel. Depending on the country of origin, the items are either delivered to the recipient’s address after import clearance has been taken care of or to a pickup point, after which you will be notified of the item’s arrival.

Delivery 6-8 working days.

Shipping costs include postal and packing fees. You will see final shipping costs for your order on the checkout page before confirming your order. Shipping costs are based on the prices of Posti, Matkahuolto and GLS.

Payment methods

Products and delivery fees are payed during checkout in the webshop.

You can pay your order with Finnish web bank services, Credit Cards (Paytrail), PayPal or Klarna.

Payment services is provided by Paytrail Plc. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is an authorized Payment Institution.

Exchange and refound

Our products have 14 days return policy, except for printed, embroidered or customized products. But, no problem, we offer you embroidery removal or cap replacement as an additional service. Please contact us. 

The returned or exchange product needs to be in the original condition with the tags left on. Return costs will be payed by the customer.

A defective product exchange freight is paid in full Salon Lakkitehdas Oy.

We promise to resolve complaints quickly and smoothly.
